□ 우리 대학은 18일 와이에스에프에스㈜(대표 김종남)와 ㈜우광이엔씨(대표 김태현)로부터 대학발전기금 2,500만원을 기부 받았다고 밝혔다.
□ Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-joon) announced on the 18th that it had received 25 million KRW in university development funds from YSFS Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Jong-nam) and Woogwang E&C Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Tae-hyun).
○ 이날 행사에는 국립한밭대 오용준 총장과 박영 전기시스템공학과 학과장, 와이에스에프에스㈜ 김종남 대표, ㈜우광이엔씨 김태현 대표 등이 참석했다.
○ The ceremony was attended by Hanbat National University President Oh Yong-joon, Park Young, Head of the Department of Electrical Systems Engineering, YSFS Co., Ltd. CEO Kim Jong-nam, and Woogwang E&C Co., Ltd. CEO Kim Tae-hyun.
○ 먼저 와이에스에프에스㈜ 김종남 대표는 이번에 장학금 500만원을 기부했으며, 2023년부터 한밭대와 인연을 맺고 전기설비 분야 인재 양성을 위해 매년 기부를 이어오고 있다.
○ YSFS Co., Ltd. CEO Kim Jong-nam donated 5 million KRW this time, continuing his annual support for fostering talent in the electrical facilities sector since forming a relationship with Hanbat University in 2023.
○ 또, 국립한밭대 산업대학원 철도전기시스템공학과에 재학 중인 ㈜우광이엔씨 김태현 대표는 2,000만원을 쾌척했으며, 지난 2024년에도 1,000만원을 기부한 바 있다.
○ In addition, Woogwang E&C Co., Ltd. CEO Kim Tae-hyun, who is currently enrolled in Hanbat National University's Graduate School of Industry's Railroad Electrical Systems Engineering Department, generously donated 20 million KRW. He previously donated 10 million KRW in 2024.
○ 김종남 대표는 “작지만 학생들과 학과 발전에 보탬이 되길 바란다”고 했고, 김태현 대표는, “젊은 후배들이 밝은 미래에 대한 희망을 가졌으면 좋겠고, 계속해서 기부를 이어가겠다는 약속을 지킬 수 있게 되어 행복하다”고 말했다.
○ CEO Kim Jong-nam expressed his hope that the donation, though small, would contribute to the development of the students and the department. CEO Kim Tae-hyun stated, "I hope that the younger students will have hope for a bright future, and I am happy that I can keep my promise to continue donating."
□ 오용준 총장은, “요즘 기업들도 힘들고 계속해서 기부를 이어가기가 실제로는 쉽지 않은데 정말 감사하고, 두 분의 선행을 학내에 널리 알려 학생들이 기억하고 귀감이 될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 전했다.
□ Hanbat National University President Oh Yong-joon responded, "It is truly challenging for companies these days to continue donating, so we are sincerely grateful. We will widely publicize the good deeds of these two individuals within the university so that students can remember them and be inspired."
