□ 우리 대학 학생상담센터가 지난 12일 유성구정신건강복지센터와 함께 ‘2025학년도 1학기 마음건강 인식개선 캠페인’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.
□ Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-joon) Student Counseling Center announced on the 12th that it operated the "2025 1st Semester Mental Health Awareness Improvement Campaign" with the Yuseong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center.
○ 이번 캠페인은 학생들의 마음건강 증진과 인식 개선을 위해 마련됐으며, 특히 개강 초기 학생들의 대학생활 적응을 효과적으로 돕고자 했다.
○ The campaign was designed to improve students' mental health and awareness, especially to help students adapt to university life in the early stages of the semester.
○ 유성구정신건강복지센터의 마음안심버스와 연계하여 이동 상담 공간을 마련해 접근성을 높였으며, 학생들의 개강 스트레스 완화를 위한 상담 및 지원 프로그램을 운영했다.
○ It increased accessibility by providing a mobile counseling space in connection with the mental safety bus of the Yuseong-gu Mental Health Welfare Center and operated a counseling and support program to ease the stress of the beginning of the academic term.
○ 캠페인에는 총 187명이 참여했으며, 마음안심버스를 활용한 스트레스 측정 및 상담, 퀴즈 활동 등을 통해 재학생들에게 마음건강의 중요성을 확산하고, 학생상담센터 및 마음건강 전문기관의 심리상담 서비스 이용 방법에 대한 정보도 제공했다.
○ A total of 187 people participated in the campaign, and through stress measurement, counseling, and quiz activities using mental safety buses, they spread the importance of mental health to students and provided information on how to use psychological counseling services at student counseling centers and mental health institutions.
○ 캠페인에 참여한 모바일융합공학과 김나연 학생은 “마음안심버스에서 제공하는 프로그램들에 참여해 보며 마음건강에 대해 편견 없이 쉽게 다가갈 수 있는 계기가 됐다”고 밝혔다.
○ Kim Na-yeon, a mobile convergence engineering student who participated in the campaign, said, "It was an opportunity to easily approach mental health without prejudice by participating in programs provided by the Mind Safety Bus."
○ 학생상담센터 관계자는 “이번 캠페인을 통해 학생들에게 심리상담의 필요성을 알리고, 또 참여에의 벽을 낮추는 인식개선 및 마음건강 증진을 촉진할 수 있었다”고 전했다.
○ An official from the Student Counseling Center said, "Through this campaign, we were able to inform students of the need for psychological counseling and promote awareness and mental health that lowers barriers to participation."
