Industrial management engineering is a discipline that utilizes scientific and engineering approaches and business management techniques to tackle various problems that occur in all areas of society. Therefore, our department studies various techniques necessary to solve various problems encountered in the industrial field in a systematic and logical manner. In other words, we teach production management, quality management, safety management, management science, computer applications, marketing, financial management, professionals management, etc. that are necessary for improving the quality of products and services and increasing the productivity of companies, as well as communication systems, information technology (IT), and social engineering, which includes the areas of social welfare and cultural technology. In particular, we operate a specialized education program to foster experts in building and operating smart factories, which are a collection of advanced ICT technologies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
