I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone visiting the School of International Studies at Hanbat National University (HBNU).

Inheriting the vision of HBNU, which has grown based on academic excellence and innovation since its founding in 1927, our school nurtures practical and creative talents who will lead the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and global cultural convergence.

To meet global industrial demands, we offer three specialized major programs:

• Global Software Convergence Major: We develop globally competitive software professionals by helping them master core technologies such as AI, IoT, and data engineering.Interdisciplinary


• Interdisciplinary Big Data Major: Through hands-on education covering the entire data lifecycle, we train data analysis experts to lead the AI era.


• Korean Language & Culture Major: We produce "Korea Specialists" by combining a deep understanding of Korean language and culture with digital content through interdisciplinary education.

Leveraging our geographical advantage near Daedeok Innopolis, the School of International Studies provides an innovative education platform that integrates industry, academia, research institutes, and government. Through practical Project-Based Learning (PBL) and internships, our students gain the real-world skills necessary to enter the workforce immediately upon graduation.
