Official Degree Certificate

  • Applicants who graduated / are expected to graduate from universities outside of Korea must submit original copy of graduation certificate along with degree certificate.
  • Applicants who hold bachelor’s / master’s degree outside of Korea must submit apostille certificates or
  • Submit certificates of applicant’s educational background notarized by the Korean embassy / consul in the country where the school is located. (Or notarized by the applicant’s embassy / consul in Korea.)
  • Applicants who graduated / are expected to graduate from universities in China should submit a certificate of graduation and a certificate of a degree, both a notarized Korean version and the original.
  • Applicants who graduated/are expected to graduate from universities in China should submit Original copy from China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC, 敎育部學位與硏究生敎育發展中心, http:// www.cdgdc.edu.cn/) or CHSI (中國高等敎育學歷査詢 報告, http://www.chsi.com.cn). Important Reminders

  • All documents are valid only if issued within one year of the deadline for submission.
  • If documents are written in other languages than English or Korean, they should be submitted along with notarized copies translated into English or Korean.
  • An applicant can only apply to one department.
  • If any documents are found to be false, your admission to Hanbat University will be revoked.
  • Applicants’ application will not be considered if you have not submitted all the required documents.
  • Applicants are responsible for any disadvantages if there are any false statements in the application forms.
  • The applicants will take full responsibility for any disadvantages arising from no response, change the contact, no visa, etc.
  • Applicants’ application cannot be canceled once you have paid the application fee, and the fee is not refundable.
  • The admission will be cancelled if the tuition fee is not paid in the designated period.
  • Applicants’ contact number should be written accurately.
  • If there is any difference in interpretation between the Korean Application Guideline and the English version, it is based on the contents written in Korean.
