Reading Rooms​​

• Reading Room #1 (Yeji Hall, 2F) Open 24/7 year round
• Reading Room #2 & Reading Room #3: 06:00~24:00 (closed during school breaks)

Hours of Operation When School Is in Session

• Book Archive : 09:00~21:00 on weekdays, 09:00~13:00 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays and holidays
• Electronic Materials Room on 1F in Yeji Hall (Study Lounge : 09:00~21:00 on weekdays)

Hours of Operation During School Breaks

Book Archive, Electronic Materials Room, Yeji Hall (1F), Study Lounge : 09:00~18:00 on weekdays (open until 20:00 on Mondays)

Book delivery service is available for students with disabilities (call 042-821-1381 to receive the service)

User Guide for Reading Rooms

Method 1

Scan your student card on the seat assignment kiosk (1F and 2F of the main building and 2F of Yeji Hall) ▶ Select the reading room and seat ▶ Print out the ticket ▶ Find the seat

Method 2

• STEP.01 Log in on the HBNU Smart Campus app
• STEP.02Go to “Library Seat Management”
• STEP.03Select and reserve a seat
• STEP.04Find the seat

You can stay at your seat for up to 4 hours(the duration can be extended up to 4 times)

User Guide for the Study Lounge, Mulmedia Room, and Cinema Hanbat

Reservation

• STEP.01Log in on the library website
• STEP.02Select “Library Service”
• STEP.03Click on the room (Study Lounge, Multimedia Room, Cinema Hanbat) you’d like to reserve
• STEP.04Select the desired time
• STEP.05Enter the required information and save

Attention

• The rooms can be booked for up to 3 hours/day (no extensions)
• You can book a space no earlier than the day before
• If you do not show up even after 20 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled
