□ 우리 대학은 20일 교내 도서관에서 교수학습센터 주관으로 ‘2025학년도 교수법 집중워크숍’을 진행했다.
□ Hanbat National University, led by President Oh Yong-jun, held its '2025 Faculty Teaching Methods Intensive Workshop' at the university library on the 20th, an event organized by the Center for Teaching and Learning.
○ 이번 워크숍에는 교내 60명의 교원이 참여했으며, 대학 교원의 디지털 및 데이터 리터러시 함양을 목표로 최신 디지털 기술과 생성형 AI를 실제 연구와 수업에 적용하는 실습 중심 프로그램으로 구성했다.
○ Sixty faculty members participated in the workshop, which was designed as a hands-on program focused on applying the latest digital technologies and generative AI to real-world research and classroom instruction. Its goal was to improve the digital and data literacy of the university's faculty.
○ 특히 교원들의 수요를 반영하여 ‘교수자를 위한 디지털 역량 강화; 엑셀부터 생성형 AI까지’를 주제로 선정했으며, 엑셀과 ChatGPT, 구글 AI 도구를 활용한 교육 등에 초점을 맞추었다.
○ Based on faculty needs, the workshop focused on "Enhancing Digital Competency for Educators: From Excel to Generative AI." It concentrated on practical training in using tools like Excel, ChatGPT, and Google's AI for educational purposes.
○ 참여 교원들은 △엑셀 기반 데이터 이해와 전처리 △피벗 테이블을 활용한 데이터 분석 △ChatGPT와 엑셀 연계 전략 및 코딩/매크로 실습 △연구와 수업을 변화시키는 구글 프레젠테이션/설문지/AI 도구(Gemini, NotebookLM 등) 활용 교육에 임했다.
○ Participating faculty members were trained in key skills like data understanding using Excel, PivotTable analysis, and applying tools like ChatGPT, Google AI (Gemini, NotebookLM), and other digital resources to innovate their research and teaching.
□ 김지현 교수학습센터장은 “이번 워크숍은 교수님들이 직접 실습을 통해 다양한 디지털 도구와 AI 활용법을 익혀 실질적으로 수업과 연구의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 기회였으며, 앞으로도 교수자의 연구역량 강화와 교수법 혁신을 위해 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 강조했다.
□ Kim Ji-hyun, head of the Center for Teaching and Learning, emphasized, "This workshop was a practical opportunity for our faculty to enhance the efficiency of their classes and research by directly applying various digital tools and AI. We will continue to support our faculty in strengthening their research capabilities and innovating their teaching methods."
□ 한편, 국립한밭대 교수학습센터는 매월 ‘교수법 세미나’, ‘수업공감토크’ 등 다양한 교수역량 프로그램을 진행하고 있으며, 실질적 티칭팁 배부 등의 활동을 통해 교수자의 역량개발과 학습자중심 수업 혁신에 앞장서고 있다.
□ Meanwhile, Hanbat National University's Center for Teaching and Learning offers a variety of faculty development programs each month, including "Teaching Method Seminars" and "Classroom Empathy Talks." The center is at the forefront of improving teaching competency and innovating learner-centered instruction by providing practical teaching tips and other resources.
