The 2nd HUSS(Humanities Utmost Sharing System) club and supporters was launched

□ 우리 대학 인문사회융합인재양성사업(HUSS)연구소는 지난 28일 우수한 취·창업 아이디어를 가진 학생 팀을 선발하여 목표한 취업 또는 창업을 실현할 수 있도록 지원하는 ‘2025학년도 HUSS 동아리 발대식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

□The Humanities Utmost Sharing System(HUSS) Institute at Hanbat National University announced that it held the “2025 HUSS Club Launch Ceremony” on the 28th, selecting student teams with excellent ideas for employment and entrepreneurship to support them in achieving their intended career or startup goals.

 ○ 국립한밭대 HUSS 동아리는 올해로 제2기째를 맞았으며, 학생들은 취·창업 역량 강화를 위해 해당 분야 전문가 컨설팅, 시제품 제작지원, 회의비 등을 지원받게 된다.

 ○ The HUSS Club at Hanbat National University marks its second cohort this year, and students will receive support such as expert consulting in the relevant fields, assistance with prototype production, and meeting expenses to strengthen their employment and entrepreneurship competencies.

□ 총 6개로 출범한 제2기 HUSS 동아리는 ▲강아지 기관지 영양제 개발 ▲실시간 생체 신호 측정을 통한 사용자 맞춤형 스마트 수면 안대 시제품 개발 ▲툴 활용 포트폴리오 제작을 통한 취업역량 강화 프로젝트 ▲천연 식물성 원료를 활용한 반려동물 전용 탈취제 제작 ▲디자인 안전제품 ‘아름덮개’의 금형 제작 및 실물 기반 시장성 검증 ▲소비자 니즈에 맞는 패키징 디자인 개발 등 다양한 주제를 중심으로 실질적인 활동을 펼칠 계획이다.

□ The second cohort of the HUSS club, composed of six teams, plans to carry out practical projects on a variety of themes, including▲ Development of a bronchial nutritional supplement for dogs ▲ Prototype development of a smart sleep mask customized through real-time biometric signal monitoring ▲ Job competency enhancement through portfolio creation using digital tools ▲ Production of a pet deodorant using natural plant-based ingredients ▲ Mold production and market testing of the design safety product “Areum Cover” ▲ Development of packaging designs tailored to consumer needs

□ 또, 지난 22일에는 ‘제2기 HUSS 서포터즈 발대식’을 가졌다.

 ○ 앞서 서포터즈 모집에는 총 30명의 학생이 지원했으며, 1차 서류선발과 2차 온라인 면접을 통해 최종 8명의 우수한 학생들을 HUSS 서포터즈 2기로 선발했다.

 ○ A total of 30 students applied for the HUSS Supporters program. Through a first-round document screening and a second-round online interview, eight outstanding students were ultimately selected as the second cohort of HUSS Supporters.

 ○ HUSS 서포터즈는 융합경영학과와 공공행정학과 학생들을 중심으로 인문사회 융합 교육의 중요성을 알리고 위험사회에 일어날 수 있는 다양한 문제들에 대한 연구와 해결방안을 모색하는 활동을 하게 된다.

 ○ The HUSS Supporters, composed mainly of students from the Department of Convergence Management and the Department of Public Policy, are engaged in activities that promote the importance of humanities and social sciences convergence education while researching and exploring solutions to various issues that may arise in a risk society.

□ 국립한밭대 권기석 인문사회융합인재양성사업연구소 소장은 “지난 2024년에 처음으로 취·창업 동아리 지원 프로그램을 운영했는데 이를 통해 실제로 매출까지 이룬 롤모델이 만들어졌고, 또 1기 HUSS 서포터즈 학생들의 활동으로 사업 프로그램들이 대내외적으로 많이 알려졌다”며, “이러한 노하우와 자신감, 학생들의 열정이 더해져 올해에도 좋은 성과로 이어지길 기대한다”고 전했다.

□ Kwon Ki-seok, Director of the Institute for Humanities and Social Sciences Convergence Talent Development at Hanbat National University, stated, “In 2024, we launched the entrepreneurship and career development club support program for the first time, and it led to the creation of a role model team that actually achieved real sales. Furthermore, thanks to the efforts of the first cohort of HUSS Supporters, the program gained significant recognition both inside and outside the university. I hope that this accumulated know-how, growing confidence, and the passion of our students will once again lead to great outcomes this year.”
